Addyzeal.com is an invitation based marketplace where you can sell your arts as canvas prints directly to buyers around the world. We strive to achieve the best experience for you, our customers, and everyone in between. Please go through this document to learn more about the program and your rights. We understand many of our artists do not come from cultures with English as the first language so we have prepared this document in a very simple and straight-forward language.

1. Basics

Here ‘we’ and ‘us’ refers to Addyzeal and ‘you’ refers to the artist.

When a buyer purchases art, we take the responsibility for canvas art production, shipping, and all the shopping experience in between. This gives you the freedom of time to work on your art and passion. You get your profits instantaneously as the sale is made.

a) Art requirements:

Arts submitted on Addyzeal must be Artist’s original work and thus artists should have all the usage rights. You cannot resell the arts from other sites or sellers. This is because we are committed to working directly with original artists.

You agree that:

  1. Your digital artworks are made or designed by you.
  2. You are using your own photographs or art content —not stock photos, artistic renderings, or photos used by other sellers or sites.
  3. Your shop represents you and your business to the Addyzeal community. It’s important that you, your items and your shop are honestly and accurately represented.
  4. Your art doesn’t promote racism, wars, animal-abuse/products, violence, hate, illegal services.

b) Art submission:

We provide you a link to submit your arts once your artist account has been activated. When you submit your arts to us, you consent for the following usage by us:

  1. List your artworks as a canvas art product on our site.
  2. These listings shall be assigned to your profile on our website.
  3. Set a price and description for your artworks.
  4. Make it available to be purchased by buyers worldwide.

c) Art removal:

In certain cases, we may remove your arts:

  1. We find that your arts are not actually yours. This is an act of violation of our terms and we will pull the art down. On top of that, we will ask you for more clarification. Repeated events like that can lead to the termination of your account.
  2. Your arts were reported to be promoting racism, animal products, violence, hate, etc
  3. If you voluntarily want your artworks to be removed from our site, please contact us here. Once removal notification is sent to you, it may take up to 90 days for the artwork to be finally removed.

2. Profile

  1. Provide honest, accurate information in your About section.
  2. Honor our Shop Policies.
  3. Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos, or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings.
  4. Respect the intellectual property of others. If you feel someone has violated your intellectual property rights, you can report it to us.

3. Earnings

When a sale is made, earnings are reflected instantaneously in your dashboard. You also receive an email notification.

  1. You will need a Paypal account to transfer your earnings to your bank account.
  2. Payouts are usually processed in the first or last week of a month.
